With Easter rapidly approaching, we've teamed up with the Vegetarian Society to bring you a delicious and healthy vegan version of a much-loved Easter treat.
Traditionally the Hot Cross Bun is eaten on Good Friday and during Lent. Many stories surround this yummy bun and its origins, yet it is commonly believed that the icing cross is a reference to the cross in the Christian religion. Of course nowadays everyone can enjoy this tasty cake which tastes great warm with melted butter and makes a healthier alternative to Easter eggs!
