These Terms & Conditions do not constitute a subscription.
In these Terms and Conditions,
"Complimentary Membership Term" means
(i) the twenty four (24) month ("two year") period of membership to my child that commences seven days after my child goods are bought and paid for in full.
"my child Special Offer Pack" or "Goods" means
(ii) the product, which includes one copy of my child magazine (whichever issue is current), my child wall chart (whichever is current), and various software titles. Other contents of the pack will vary
1. my child Special Offer Pack
The my child Special Offer Pack must be paid in full seven days after receipt of goods or returned by the consumer. My Child LTD reserve the right to amend the pricing for goods (including postage & packaging cost).
2. Suspension and/or Cancellation to my child Complimentary Membership
My Child LTD may suspend or cancel individual membership at their reasonable discretion or if an individual subscriber breaches any of their obligations stipulated within these Terms and Conditions.
my child customers wishing to cancel their complimentary membership may do so in writing at any time.
3. Returns and refunds for my child Special Offer Pack
Customers are only eligible for a refund of monies paid to my child in return for receipt of the my child Special Offer Pack, if the goods referred to previously are returned to my child Returns, 235 St John Street, London, EC1V 4NG within seven (7) days of their complimentary membership, however, no refund will be given in these circumstances.
All software is tested prior to dispatch, however, in the instances of faulty software, customers may return their software to my child at the above address to be tested and exchanges if a fault is confirmed. No refund will be made to customers returning faulty software, only an exchange will be offered. Alternatively, if customers are experiencing problems with software, the my child Technical Support team can be contacted on 0845 259 1418 or enquiries@mychild.co.uk
Intellectual Property
No copies may be taken of any software issued to a customer.
my child magazine is owned by My Child Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at 33-41 Dallington Street, London, EC1V 0BB. Company Registration No. 05321281
