PRODUCT PRICES

All product prices are shown in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT unless shown and exclusive of postage and packing charges, unless otherwise specified. All product prices on this website are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. My Child Ltd will only accept orders if there are no errors in the prices of the products ordered, as advertised on this website. My Child Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time.

We have taken every care to ensure that the description and specifications of our products are correct at the time of going online. However, slight variations may occur.

PRODUCT SALE & PURCHASE

A contract between My Child Ltd and the customer for the supply of products by My Child Plc to the customer comes into effect once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched by My Child Ltd.

All orders are subject to availability. Receipt of an order via our website and emailed confirmation to our customer of receipt of an order do not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfilment of an order.

A customer's credit or debit card will be debited by My Child Ltd immediately prior to goods being dispatched and where appropriate this will include a non-refundable charge for postage & packing.

My Child prize draw terms and conditions

Entry into this prize draw implies acceptance of these rules and conditions.

Open to all UK residents aged over 18 years or over, other than employees of My Child ltd and others professionally associated with the website and their immediate families.

The prizes/giveaways are as stated and will be awarded to entries drawn at random on the draw date.

Winners will be notified within 14 days of the draw.

The prizes/product give-aways are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of stated prizes being unavailable, My Child Ltd reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value. No cash alternative is available. No correspondence will be entered into.

One entry per prize draw/give-away per household.

In entering this Prize Draw the entrant is agreeing to receive email from My Child ltd and carefully selected partners. This promotion may be conducted over several different websites simultaneously.
